hard drive problem ko huhu

mga pafs pano solusyonan to...

kasi nagkavirus pc ko tpos nung hineal na ung virus ng AVG ayaw na maopen via double click ung mga hard drive ko (C,D,H)

lagi lumalabas open with...



help nman po mga pafs! tnx

pafs prang ndi tga lipa eh..

kahit sa right click ung explore ayaw pa rin maopen ganun pa rin lumalabas..

naoopen ko lang dun sa drag down bar sa taas ng window..

smss.exe ata ung virus na natangal ng AVG ko..

help po sna!

E show mu lang ang system files, nasa folder option yan, click view tapos, folder option tapos hanapin mu ang show hiiden files, at saka show system files at saka file extension show mu lahat,

tapos open mo drive c, D, E may makikita lka na autorun.sys e delete tsaka restart mo pc mo,


Note: if wla folder option, na makikita malamang na disable ng virus kailangan mo naman edit registry mo, pero hirap e explain eh:  laffman::

pag right click po khit anong piliin ko (open, explore) ayaw pa rin maopen un pa din lumalabas... ung sa pic po...

naoopen ko lang cya dun sa drag down bar...

subukan mo i-right click harddisk mo. tapos punta ka ng Properties, Tools, tapos sa Error-checking click mo Check Now, reboot at hayaan mong icheck at ayusin ng windows ang sira. Pag di pa rin ok, check mo window system mo using xp installation cd. Boot ka lang using cd-rom drive. Hope that helps. Gud luck.

try using command .....sa dirve attrib -h -r -s..tpos dir mo....del mo dapat i del...try to edit ur registry...search mo dito parang my topic na ganyan dito...

Try mo to.

Start Menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

Type mo sa command prompt: Cd\  tpos press mo ang enter

Sure mo na nka C:\ ang nasa command prompt.

Type mo. attrib -h -r -s press enter.

Tingnan mo kng may nka .inf ang extension. O Autorun.inf ang filename.

Kng meron, delete mo yan, by using command del autorun.inf or del *.inf then press enter.

Exit mo ang Command prompt. Tpos open mo ang My Computer, try mo pag double click ang Drive C:

Kng ma open xa, solve na prob mo. Gawin mo ang step na ganun sa drive D: at E: mo

open folder options and choose to show system protected files

navigate to the root directory of C:.D:, and whatever else drive letters you have

delete autorun.inf
