set your filters. you can set it so that all incoming email from a specific email address is automatically sent to spam folder

settings will differ depending on what your email provider is

well its very hard to block them kng webbase email gamit mo ... use ms outlook or third party software para download mo all your emails then you can customize outlook spam filter...

for gmail, login into your mail account, click settings then filters

create a new filter

in the from box, write down the email address of the spammer (you can set multiple emails just separate using commas). click next

then in the next screen, put a check mark on delete then click create filter

thats it. all incoming mail from that particular email address will now be automatically sent to trash folder instead of inbox

Try to view the full email headers and find out who the real sender is, or even the specific domain. Collect all the spam emails, and look for a pattern, something that is common from all the emails sent by the spammer. Use that pattern in creating your filters or rules. The spammer might be using fake email addresses. So it would be tricky to trap all of them.

anti spam protection software does not work on web based email. it only works for POP3 software and the like (i.e. outlook,thunderbird, etc)
