need help about power supply for atom information

medyo di ako sure sa pagkakaintindi ko about computer power supply (psu) versus its wattage.

Kasi gusto kong mag assemble ng pc na mababa ang power consumption and the way to do that is to build an atom based pc.

gusto ko sana is 75 watts lang kasi yun yung wattage ng laptop na'tin. ngayon kung mag assemble ako ng atom based pc eh gusto ko sana ganun rin.

For clarification, pag ako ba eh gumamit ng powersupply na 200watts or more at naka atom ako eh 75 watts lang ang consumption ng powersupply ko? Take note, built in video card lang gagamitin ko.

specs is:
atom 1.6 n450
2gig ram
250 hdd
built in video card

pa help naman mga kaEspiya. in case na masabi nyong 200watts na psu is still 75 watts pa rin ang consumption, pa provide sana ng proof by giving links or anything that could prove it? and please be sure of your comments.

I tried using a power supply calculator:
wala ako makita na atom n450.
Tried Intel Atom 330 + 2 sticks of ddr3 ram 1 hdd at 100%cpu utilizationa and 100% load aabot din pala sya ng 130-140watts.

PSU- yung rating ng psu is the tested,assured capacity nya.What i mean if it says 200watts kaya nya mg feed ng power na hanggang 200watts. But sometimes depende sa brand - cheap brands madalas advertisement lg yang label na yan minsan 150watts pa lg sasabog na yan but excellent brands may say na 200watts lg ang powersupply nila but if you do some torture test kaya ng mga yun minsan 300watts or more(kahit na sinasabi nila na 200watts lg yan).
If yung rig mo consumes 75watts lg and youre using 200watts powersupply = then ang consumption mo is only 75watts not 200watts.
200watts is the maximum like I have said the powersupply can handle and not the normal consumption it would consume.

Try mo ang power supply calculator para malaman mo normal consumption mo; I used the one from PCHub at Tipidpc.
