you mean  Blackberry phone from Verizon or Sprint or NTT DOCOMO?

unless that phone is specified as a Worldphone na may simcard yun pwede KUNG mapapaunlock otherwise

hindi pwede ng "walang" sim card

magpa unlock ka at gumamit ka ng sim card ng Pinas.
