kung same board ang ipapalit mo (as in same ha), pwedeng hindi na. pero pag different board, kahit ung board driver na lang install mo at hindi ka mag reformat pero mas advisable na ireformat pag different board.

tama sinabi ng isa natin kapatid. kung hindi pareho nung motherboard na pinagpalitan mo you have reformat you drive. and sa for you question.. babagal ang pc mo kapag ibang board kakabit mo using the drivers ng luma mong mboard.. and usually nagcrash ang system.

kahit di na mag reformat.
best this is: remove first the drivers of the motherboard your are about to replace;remove the motherboard;install the new motherboard and install the drivers of your new motherboard!it should be fine.

- this is right. malaki ang possibilities na mag crash ang OS mo.

sa una pa lang, kung ibang brand/model ang ipapalit mo, may signs of incompatibility na agad na manonotice. not working usb's, OS crash etc.. if ever makapasok ka naman sa windows like a normal routine, uninstall all previous mobo drivers, then install the new drivers..

good luck TS
