Need Help! Laptop USB 2.0 Webcam detected but won't install.

Di ko mainstall yung webcam ng laptop ko.. nakuha ko na yung mga driver package sa website ng packard bell pero ininstall ko na lahat ng drivers di parin gumagana yung webcam.

may idea po ba kayo kung pano ayusin to.

have you checked first the driver that is compatible to your current OS?

nadownload ko na lahat ng drivers sa packardbell.com for that model.. installed it but the webcam remained uninstalled.
