Task Manager and Registry Editing disabled by Administrator

Guys help me naman. This past few days lagi naglalabas yung antivirus ko (AVG) ng i have been infected by Trojan. Although wala syang problema sa operation ng pc ko (hindi naman bumabagal) pinareformat ko pa din.

This morning pinareformat ko na nga. Naginstall ng Skype yung PC Guy, kaso everytime na nagrerestart sya to install some drivers laging lumalabas yung Skype so sabi ko pakialis sa startup yung Skype. Since nagmamadali na akong hawakan yung PC sabi ko ako na lang kasi di nya makita sa startup. Nung ako na may hawak I tried to CTRL + ALT + DEL pero ang lumalabas "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator". Wala naman administrator yung pc so sabi ko wala naman magdidisable nun saka kakareformat lang nga.

Nagsearch ako sa net ng possible cause sabi nga virus nga daw ang cause. How is that possible e kakareformat lang ng pc ko? So naginstall na ako uli ng registry cleaner (Registry Mechanic), antivirus (AVG), Noob killer at Superantispyware pero ganun pa din! Pati registry editing disabled din.

Please help me...Ok naman operation ng PC except yun nga di ako makapagctrl alt del. Lahat ng possible solution natry ko na. Hindi ako techieng tao kaya wala ako kaalam alam talaga sa ganto. Ang OS ko ay XP.

Sana matulungan nyo ako. NAsisira na ang buhay ko. hehehe!

go get your hands dirty by trying to find a fix for your problem.  if you get it working, smile and say "THAT WAS EASY".

pag ayaw pa rin, sumigaw ka na parang nababaliw and then balik ka sa keyboard saka magtype ng "mga ka-espiya, ayaw pa rin.  help po."   ;)

or download ka ng combofix and run it on " safe mode "

pinareformat mo nga kaso baka yung virus baka andun sa kabilang partition pa or yung ginamit na hardisk ng technician eh posible din na infected na yun.

ryan it didnt work...pwede na ako sumigaw. hehehe! salamat kasi hindi ko pa naencounter yung solution na yu.

@manoyihay- pano po magsafe mode? kasi po pagnagF8 ako sa cmos ako napupunta. salamat!

if you didnt shut down windows properly, you'd be directed "or should i say asked" if you wana do a safe mode.   ;)

Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (better - Copy and paste)
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

eto ung pangalawa.

Using Group Policy Editor [ Windows XP Professional ]


      Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.

      Navigate to this path

        User Configuration
         Administrative Templates
          System
           Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options
            Remove Task Manager.

      Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.

      Set the policy to Not Configured.

naku, baka na ni-reformat na nya. hehehe!

 There’s a strain of computer virus/worm that hide itself using the name SCVHOST.EXE or SCVHOSTS.EXE, (don’t mistaken it as SVCHOST.EXE, it’s one of the vital programs of Windows, see the difference in spelling). It was detected as W32/YahLover.Worm.gen of McAfee Antivirus and as Win32/Autorun.R.worm by NOD32. This virus infects your computer by different means.

    * One is it install itself in autorun.inf in Open option of the AUTORUN. Once you double click it will run and start spreading itself to your system.

    * The other event that I observed is it copy itself through all the shared files of the computers on your network and install itself in the registry entries remotely using a GUEST account (through System:Remote).

Guys sorry now lang ako nakareply. nageeror kasi pagitatry ko na send yung message. Thanks sa lahat ng nagreply  ::pampam.

Virus sya talaga at natransfer na lahat sa HD ko (sigh). No other choice but to reformat the whole PC. Nadelete ko na collection ng hard to find mp3s ko at old pictures.

Question: Kung itry ko kaya irecover ung mga files kong dinelete may virus pa din kaya un?

err not exactly, pwede pa naman matanggal yan without having to reformat the entire pc

but judging from the date of post parang naformat na siguro

if by any chance, hindi pa nareformat, post a hijackthis log here para makita natin kung ano ang virus file para matanggal
