what type of eyeglasses can reduce eye strain for heavy pc users?

ano po ba maganda gamitin na salamin habang gumagamit ka ng computer?
dapat ba eh prescription glasses or a normal reading glass will do?

at least maprotektahan ang mata lalo na kung matagalang titigan sa pc?

yup, tama po si screamshot, yan kasi gamit ko na glasses. yung multi coated. dito sa cebu P1,900 yung price ng multi coatd na glasses, hindi pa kasama yung frame.

900 dito sa quezon city ang multi coted, naka bili ako sa The optical shop 1,500 kasama na yung frame, multi coated sya, dapat green yung makikita mong light sa reflection nya for you to know its multi coated

ang alam ko talong klase ang muli-coated na lense. magtanung nalang sa optical shop. wag lang sa Executive Optical, ginawan ako ng salamin 2mm ang difference ng focal (not sure kung yun yung tawag dun). Duling na ko pinagpipilitan pang walang mali sa ginawa nilang salamin.

nice question gusto ko din malaman yan. kasi i've been using an lcd monitor for about a year now
