M'sieur Dark Knight, might I suggest that, if you work near a mall, you could perhaps take a brisk walk up & down a few floors using the stairs during your lunch break. At least the air in a mall is relatively cleaner. I do that when I can't take a walk in the morning or the evening.

together with the advances in medical science..... tumataas din ang bilang nang mga bata  na namamatay nang maaga. maybe sa diet and lifestyle. cardiovascular diseases tulad nang heart attack at stroke (brain attack) and also the incidence of diabetes. maybe its very convenient to secure the food that we want not we need. advertisers lure us and our children into buying fat and sugar laden food. i confess i am also a willing victim.

M'sieur LuCiel, I realize there are few places nowadays where the air isn't poisoned but I recommend a brisk walk every day and three cups of black tea for your blood pressure. If you're especially health-conscious, you can drink a combination of black tea and malunggay tea. And whenever you're eating a meal, add plenty of garlic to it, if possible.

and with malunggay tea...that makes it more interesting. ^^

as i've thought, Mr. Remonde only do his job.
he absorbs the hatred, blame, and every negative comments which should be taken my the First Family.
i'm not totally mad at him.
my perception on him had really changed.
i salute him.

Green tea is also a good choice of beverage as compared to coffee. But don't skip the onion entirely from your fried rice; onion has certain anti-oxidant properties. And, if possible, try using brown rice instead of white.

Back to the topic at hand: Mr. Remonde had probably the worst job in the entire administration. As Ramon Tulfo said in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, he had to defend the indefensible. I believe that contributed to his demise.

I went to a wake last nite and I learned na Mr. Serge pala ang sumbungan ng pinsan ko about corruption in the GMA administration.  Indeed, lumalabas na hindi sya kasali sa mga anomalya.  Ginagawa lamang nya ang tungkulin bilang tagapagsalita ni Ms. Glorya. Dahil marami ang galit kay Ms. Glorya, nagiging collateral damage ng galit si Mr. Serge.  Nakahanap na yata ng bagong papalit si Ms. Glorya.

Ang narinig kong kwento ay wala palang anak si Mr. Serge.  Ang asawa ay based sa Cebu (tsismis: may toyboy dun, hehehe).

May he rest in peace.
