Here's a common "perk-me-up" expression in Ilonggo which might cheer you up: "Sus! Kidney lang! Indi ka pa na maano, layo na sa atay!" In English, "WTF! Your kidney's bothering you? Don't worry, you'll be alright, that's far from your liver!"
