MSI Wind is more than enough if it would be used primarily for MS Office and internet.
I was able to tinker with one unit. OK sya generally. Major plus is its very light, para ka lang may dalang extra book sa bag mo. Unlike sa normal laptops na sasakit ang likod mo pag dinala mo for a whole day. Ang ayaw ko lang is medyo dumihin, kasi yung white version ang nagamit ko, and if you like reading lengthy documents, expect to do more scrolling, kasi nga maliit ang screen. It is also not advisable for use if you have poor eyesight. You'll have to invest though on an external optical drive since it is not included.

You can also try Neo Basic B2165 na Dual Core if you want a bigger screen. Around 25K din ang range pag cash purchase. Ang ayaw ko lang naman dun ay yung card reader, pwede mo ma misplace yung rubber na cover, and you'll have an open card port near the touch pad. It doesn't come with a Windows OS (MSI Wind already have a licensed MS WIndows Home OS), but they do provide you with the Open Source alternatives loaded into it like Ubuntu, Open Office and Firefox.

In terms of reliability, I cannot comment conclusively kasi new units pa pareho. If its for a lady, major consideration yung weight nung unit pag mobile computers.
