ther are lots n lots of buks aside from da vinci code that has the same explanations.....pinag kaiba lang naman sa da vinci code at angels n demons ginawa nilang story.....
its rely hard to explain kng maniniwala ka sa story.....especialy its about the church....pwedeng magconflict ang iyung faith at iyong curiosty....n drs nutin wrong wd dat.....kng c Jesus nga nagkaroon dn ng doubt nung nkapako na sha sa crus...tau pa....

m not saying di ako naniniwal sa church...pro thers nutin wrong sa pagiging curious....

There was a feature a few months ago sa BBC about the book and its contents. ibinigay ang opinion ng church historians, academics at ng author himself. Sa totoo lang the revelations of the book piqued my interest but also brought more questions that i dont think will ever be answered. pero bilib din ako sa author ng libro, ganda ng pagkakatagpi-tagpi niya ng kwento. obvious na matindi ang research nya para masulat nya ang lbro.

basically the book is saying that mary magdalene was the supposed wife of Jesus Christ. then, the crusades which was supposed to be searching for the holy grail was actually was searching for mary magdalene, who is carrying the "blood" of Jesun Christ in her womb. in the book, it was also mentioned that during the time of Constanatine, the church integrated pagan and egyptian religious practices into the church (the one that we know of today) in order to, sort of unify the people. it was also said in the book that the our practices such as the "Holy Eucharist," the "Washeing of the Feet," and the "Resurrection" were all part of (Egyptian religion) and practiced before during the Egyptian times.
the main controversy in the novel is that, well, wala daw kasi asawa si Jesus. pero dito nga, detailed pa yung mga explaination regarding the paintings of da vinci which points out that Jesus was really Mary Magdalene's better Half. this is the reason why even the Vatican wants this book banned. but other books related to this/ or has the same context are "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" and "The Woman with the Vase(???-im not very sure)."
if you guys can watch "The Da Vinci Code, Decoded," panuorin nyo. there are i think 6 other authors there that were interviewed regarding the book. and 3 of them are claiming that mary is Jesus' wife. i especailly like the explanation of one them, saying that what of the things that dan brown was trying to say in the book was that during the time of Constantine, he could have easily "modified" the church for his own intentions. Astig!
naalala ko tuloy yung isa naming pinagtatalunan na magbabarkada dati. papayag ka ba na mag-asawa mga pari? sabi nila, di raw. kasi are we going to sacrifice ba raw yung milleniums of belief para sa kalibugan lang. sabi ko naman, bakit hindi, kung yun ba ikabubuti ng simbahan. but, seriously, try reading the book if you can, then look for that documentary. its awesome! sabi pa nga nung isa sa kanila pala, "if after reading the book, you can still say without a flinch, you dont believe in it, then you are truly blessed."

Hindi ko maIsip bakit napapraning ang church sa librong to! i Think worthy sya na maging controversial kasi sobrang hanep sa ganda at sobrang lupet ng pagkakagawa ni dan brown sa libro! Kung ung laman nman ang paguusapan ntin, I think wla nman dpat katakutan dun, we have a strong faith on what we believe! at tingin ko this book wont change or harm us...
kasi wla nman akong nakitang problema sa book! merong some revelations pero anu nman ngayun kung may asawa si jesus christ, nagawa niya ang mission nya perfectly, at wla nkong problema dun kahit ano pa siya, I still salute and admire him us our savior! ;)

meron akong napanood na show sa National Geographics na kinokontra lahat ng sinabi sa book na to.... yong mga arguments ng historians and mga church people were very good and very convincing.... i don't know if you guys were able to watch it... maganda sya... The Da Vinci Code daw was just a product of a good imagination... ;D

ang astig talaga ng book na to... hope that Ron Howard (director of Da Vinci Code) would turn the novel into a great movie, sana walang mga shortcuts or binawasang scenes based from the book. Try to read din "Angels & Demons", astig rin to.

Just finished watching Angels and Demons Revealed. This Documentary tries to prove that the Illuminati exists and has control all over the world. It connects the death of three popes with the Illuminati and the infiltration of the secret organization to the former Soviet Union's government and the KGB. The researchers provided pieces of evidence by buying KGB secret documents and videos bought from the blackmarket in Russia.This video is really worth watching. I'll try to upload it but it would take some time cause its file size is 3G.

pero alm nyo diba nag hahanap si robert langdon ng holy grail..
eh sa ending parang drama ata.. lumuhud lang xa tapos nakatitig sa taas...
yun lang.. yun na yung holy grail na hinahanap nya...
ayus yung action nila. matalino na pagkagawa...

How well does da vinci know Jesus Christ? I mean para mag conclude sila na si Jesus ay may asawa based on the painting of Da Vinci and other unverified and vague information is simply concluding that Da Vinci has a personal and reliable information na Jesus did indeed married. Nabasa ko ang Holy Blood Holy Grail na gawa rin ng same author. Base lahat sa presumptions ang book na iyon. The Bible is very clear that Jesus died and was ressurrected and then finally he ascended in heaven. To remove that fact would mean na we are still a slave under sin and does have no hope of gaining eternal life.

These da vinci code by dan brown is a pure work of fiction, but lesser controversy than the "last temptation of Jesus Christ"
Nevertheless, it awakens our way of thinking about our religion, ourself and the world. However, lets not degrade or undermined our ownselves in to this kind of intellectual literally work.
Lets us be responsible for our ownself and to God. it is written in the Holy Book.

nabasa ko yung Angels and Demon at The Da Vinci Code. Pure fiction lang kaya walang dapat ipag alala marami din akong napanuod na documentary and lahat nagpapatunay na pure fiction lang ang mga novel na ito. Claim ni Dan Brown na ito ay based on facts na maari nga pero bits and pieces na pinag tugma tugma nya. Example na dito ay ang Knights Templar na totoong nag exist historically pero they dont have any connection at all sa Holy Grail.

I have read the novel and downloaded some movies and documentaries about it. I say it might be real. See, absence of proof is not proof of absence, right? So I stand in the fact that I know it is the truth. There is no problem in Jesus Christ having a wife, the big problem here is that the church should have not lied to us. The truth can be accepted by a lie within one fortress bounding us all makes it much penetrable and destructible. Matagal ko nang nabasa ung novel na Da Vinco Code and also the Book "Angels and Demons... To the movie ok cya... lahat ng details nandun... Ung "smart car" sa novel... Maliit pala un sa movie... Daming tao nanood... And maybe almost 50% nanood ng movie even though nd nakabasa ng novel... Kasi akala nila action, horror or comedy, pro nd ganun... About the Da Vinci Code - it's your faith kung maniwala ka or hindi.. R-18 nga un so that ung manonood, mature enough to understand... Depending on one person how he carry his faith... Kac ung maganda lang dun ung ky Dan Brown - exact talaga ung mga information, codes, and others na isinulat nya sa libro un ung advantage...
