as researcher in the USA said about networking only the top brass will get benefits and the new recruits will be the victims of that company and the new new recruits will be the victim of the victim

You have to share it to other people. Bottom line is you have to convince someone else. What if i cant? What if wala ako marecruit? Maabot ko ba yang income na pinag yayabang nyo kung puros benta lang ang gagawin ko at hindi ako mag hahanap ang ibang taong makikisakay? Yes, its posible. Pero wag na tayo mag kunwari. The main goal of this kind of bussines is to get more people on board.

MLM is not a company. it's a system. short for MULTI LEVEL MARKETING. Marami dyan and hindi ito tungkol sa produkto kundi sa recruitment. The more people you have under you, mas malaki ang kikitain mo.
also, networking is not about selling products. it's about hooking up with other entrepreneurs. Networking is building good relations po with other businesses.

Kung hahanap ka ng mga tao para magbenta din ng produkto na binebenta mo, at sa iyo sila kukuha ng produktong maibebenta, sila ang tinatawag na "DOWNLINE"... tapos yung mga downline mo, hahanap naman sila ng marerecruit din para yung downline naman nila ang kukuha ng produkto sa kanila.

Compensation is "Basic Sallary + Commission" if you achieve a certain target. Here your sales volume will dictate the size of your commission so basically more hard work equals more money..
How about sa MLM? Yes you can probably sell a product on its own but you'll earn bigger if may marecruit ka. hindi po pa?
So, basically you'll work hard promoting the product sa mga would be downline mo. Sa ganitong systema hindi ba ang magiging main goal mo ay ang maka recruit ng magiging downline? Hence my point. Sa ganitong trabaho your main goal is not to market and promote the product itself, but to be able to convince someone to become your "downline". At aminin mo man o hindi, its a fact na lahat ng members ng kahit anong MLM ay nag hahanap ng marerecruit. I wonder why. ::)
So, what is the real core of the business again? Product or Recruits? San ba mas malaki ang kikitain ko? Pag nag focus ako sa selling ng products sa end users or pag nag padami ako ng nag padami ng "Downlines"?
At bakit nga ba ganito ang title ni TS "earn up to 4K -5K weekly/Part Time Job Lang" Hindi ba para mas madaming ma enganyong sumali? akala ko ba eh producto ang core ng business? Halos lahat ng MLM ganito eh. Bakit yung laki ng kikitain ang pinag yayabang at hindi yung quality ng producto? ::lmao ::lmao

i was told this was a part time job. turns out, you have to shell out some money to earn money. ang masama pa dun eh magtatrabaho kapa para kumita, bullshit. pano naging job yun kung magbabayad kapa ng mga fee para makapagtinda ng produkto nila? kung malalabas ka nalang ng pera, why not invest it in a mutual fund, dun siguradong tutubo ang pera mo kahit hindi ka magtinda.

I respect this type of Ventures, networking or whatever you call it. But what I do hate is how deceptive they are.
Katulad nito! I was once invited by a friend na kala ko part time job daw dapat 2-3 hours a day lang online stuffs yun pala networking and you have to share some money. What the h*ck!

You have to share it to other people. Bottom line is you have to convince someone else. (Yes you have to share it but only after you find out that there is something they need that you can provide, maybe they are struggling financially or they just want to have financial freedom or they are sick or seek better health o baka gusto gumanda or they want to travel and marami pa pong rason and it so happened that you can attend to their needs. But still it is entirely up to them if MLM is the answer or not, you just don’t need to convince them). What if i cant? What if wala ako marecruit? Maabot ko ba yang income na pinag yayabang nyo kung puros benta lang ang gagawin ko at hindi ako mag hahanap ang ibang taong makikisakay? (Sir you are right, definitely not, marami ako kakilala na matagal na sa networking na halos wala pang naibenta and there are only few who manage to earn through direct selling by as much as 4k to 5k a month. So you really need to have partners (uplines/crosslines/downlines) na makakatulong mo to earn as much as 4k to 5k weekly gaya ng sabi ni Mr. TS. Yun nga lang we have to understand that it will not happen overnight, in a week or in a month. Maybe it will take a year or two and it will depend on a person too).. Yes, its posible. Pero wag na tayo mag kunwari. The main goal of this kind of bussines is to get more people on board. . (Tama and mali Sir, the main goal is to help people solve their problem or provide their needs by getting them on board, but then again only it is still up to them)
