The reason why you cannot open presumable your "gf"(more likely an "ex") is
that she might had changed it for her own protection.

Did you try asking her for her password yourself, m'sieur? That would save you a lot of time and trouble. After all, I'm sure you're doing this out of your great love for her because your heart is breaking into a million bleeding pieces knowing that she can't access her Facebook account. I'm sure it must be utter agony for you seeing her cut off from the stream of social media.
