hindi ako mahilig sa kape pero nagkakaroon ako ng pimples. oily talaga ang mukha ko, at tamad akong tao. ^^

I highly doubt it if coffee contributes to the production of excess oil and growth of pimples, coffee is known to be an anti-oxidant, it helps in a way in releasing toxins from our body and thus it helps in decreasing the chances of having bacterial growth on the surface of our skin which primarily is the cause of acne and pimples.  Pang-derma na sagot ba? ;D

Hindi naman siguro paps.
I drink coffee araw araw and 2 glasses/day.
Hindi naman ako ngkakapimple kahit medyu oily skin ko.
Its a matter of hygiene siguro and genetics.

Coffee in fact promotes good skin dahil rich in anti oxidants sya(nabasa ko sa vendo machine dito  :D)

nope. wala akong makitang connection. but it causes palpitations. so wag masyado sa kape hehehe.

well,if coffee keeps you up all night and wala ka ng beauty rest e maa -under stress ka and that can
lead to a change of your skin structure,will produce more sebum /fats/oil on your sebaceous gland that can
blocked pores and will prone to infection---your skin will get inflamed ,then yun magkaka-zits ka / pimples.

look after yourself,sleep well...looking good,staying young is a state of mind  ::flowers

Salamat po sa mga reply nyo. Actually nag kwento lang ung friend ko ng about dyan at syempre napaisip ako baka nga kayo ako nag kaka zits eh dahil sa kape hahaha Thanks again!

Stress, puyat, missed meals, or fastfood (croissant, cakes, bread tapos spread) na kasabay sa kape, pwede siguro. Pero coffee alone? I don't think ganoon kalakas ang power ng coffee para siya lang ang sisihin.
