both shift key not working

mga bossing pa-help naman po. both shift key of my hp laptop is not working. nagtry ko na ayusin sa stickey key pero ayaw. nagsearch na din ako kay mr. google pero walang nagwork. baka may alam kayo kasi bat naman parehas pang shift key ang nawala, i juan der lang. salamat mga spies toast::

try mo boot to safe mode kung ok ba shift key mo....... or boot to command prompt tas doon mo try yong shift key.....

Maybe you can try these solutions. Nangyayari daw talaga yan sa HP eh. Galing dito yan.
