before i almost quit my job,sa sobrang pressure sa work..pero tinapos ko muna yung contract ko..

sexual ba? kung sexual , depende rin
pag babae ung ng haharrass, ok lng. pag badingerzie, ibang usapan yan..report to higher management yan at siya papatanggal ko....

stressing pareho yan pero may solusyun mga yan... 1st, dedma mo boss mo, y get stressed... 2nd, file a case against that co-employee, check your company policies on that matter, pag di ka pinansin, file mo sa Labor, ewan ko lang pag di inaksyunan ng HR nyo yan...what's important is you enjoy ur job and u like doing it, if not, try checkng ur market value, apply sa iba...
