hello po..
sino po sa inyo dito yung may idea sa distributed systems?
ask lang po 'ko if ano po 'yung best way na ma-manipulate 'yung software ng webcam? gagamit po ba ng third party software? gagawin po sana siyang security camera that could take still pictures when triggered by the switch. ::moreinfo

that depends on the response time din.. you can create your own apps then compare sa third party apps if you want. pero kung ako sayo, gawa ka na lang ng sarili mong app.. just a comparison of pixels lang naman un. by the way, is this for development? pm me if you want to discuss this matter  ;)

madaming pong available na 3rd party softwares sa internet where in you can tweak your normal webcam and turn it into a surveilance equipment... pede sya motion sensing camera or pede dn magtake ng still shots in a timed interval.. your choice.
