my paraan pra bumilis connection ng smartbroken dagdagan nyo ng bakal pra tumaas ganun kc ginawa ko eh kc dba my limit sila na hanggang 10 feet lang akin ginawa ko 20 feet kaya ayun ang bilis pati ung mga kapitbahay ko nagsigaya din hehehehe! sayasaya::

pinagsisihan ko nga kung bakit smart bro p nkuha ko. lagi fluctuating ang signal. DL speed ko sa


rapidshare 5-8kbps lang. yung 99mb, almost 5hours to download. BWISET NA SMART yan!!!

sakin ok ang smart bro eh.. pwera nga lang kung may super bagyo. baka kasi mataas ang pagkakalagay ng broadband namin.. minsan nga sa taas sumasabit sa airplane eh.ahehehehe. pero ok lang talaga. ang 100mb na file eh mga 30 mins lang.

sa akin naman the best yung smart bro connection.....nakanetwork pa yan sa 3pc ko........

hanap ka na lang marunong magconfigure ng canopy antenna mo...sa akin pinaconfigure ko yan don sa marunong at lalong bumilis ang speed ko...

minsan kasi ung mga contractor..bara bara kung magkabit ang mga yan...basta nakaconnect lang okey na sa kanila

kasi nde porket malapit ka sa cellcite eh malakas signal mo... i google mo kung bakit...

malapit sa cellsite, mister want me to show you how far our house using google earth? its 4.5KMS!!!!!
I said hell, why? because I have random disconnections very mysterious..... mahigit a year na akong user ng BRO since WiFi pa ang tawag at isa ako sa unang nagpakabit sa location namin noon ung 10-4 Transceiver pa ang gamit ko..... Story about that 10-4 is during daytime la ako internet I notice that it only happens at 9-5 in the morning 5 above, its raining, the sun is covered with clouds I dont have any problem, since its freakn me out I asked the guys from our school since those so called sissy contractors cant give me any reason why it happens "what the f*ck is wrong with my transceiver?" said that oxidation might be the cause it(since may folks say that oxidation is just a theory in this case). What I did is beg for mercy to migrate into their so called Motorola Canopy. WOW the results were outstanding! Im satisfied with it I have short pings about 10-5ms, in short fast internet connection.. geez whats wrong now! after 5 months I noticed something wrong is going on.... magkakakaroon ako ng 2mins disconnection every 30mins, why hell again???? IM PLAYING BF2 and RENEGADE ONLINE USING GAMESPY AND IM BEING DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER!!!!!!! phew thats long!

6 months na akong subscriber ng smartbro... so far wala naman akong nakitang problema... ok naman ang speed... pati sa download mabilis na din... mas nagkakaproblema pa nga ako nung naka-globelines broadband pa ako eh...

To all those with problems on SMARTBRO just continue complaining to *1888.  Generally ok naman connection pero pag dumami na subscriber sa area nyo tsaka lang nagkakaroon ng disconnections.  Mabagal kasi sila magdagdag ng bandwidth sa areas na mabilis dumami subscribers, kaya bombahin nyo na lang ng complain.  oks lang yon.

1st month of connection is hell, even people from their techsupport are dumb and just plain rude sometimes, nababaan na ko ng fone ng isa sa mga loko dun eh.

well, using dial up conexion from the past, i can say na improvement nga sa online status ko 'tong smart bro, pro what i've read here prang mabagal pa ung conexion ko?

kc i had it reinstalled after only 3 days of using it, nasira sya kya i've waited a week and followed it up every day that week, nakakagago minsan.

tpos some guy keeps on tetxting me and asking me to recommend their service, yeah, gudluck to them, ryt now, their service is not reliable.

To all those with problems on SMARTBRO just continue complaining to *1888.  Generally ok naman connection pero pag dumami na subscriber sa area nyo tsaka lang nagkakaroon ng disconnections.  Mabagal kasi sila magdagdag ng bandwidth sa areas na mabilis dumami subscribers, kaya bombahin nyo na lang ng complain.  oks lang yon.

I suggest and very effective, complain thru email using the SmartBro email account @ http://webmail.meridian.ph/

Why thru email and not *1888?
1. You have a copy of your original complaint/s and their replies with recommended solution and alibi's.
2. They will provide you the Service Request ID, i think by phone is not provided unless you asked for it.
3. A customer service or the supervisor of the one who responded first to your email will call you after a day or two to verify if the compliant/s made is/are already resolved.

here's a template of their acknowledgment email, I complained about ImageShack
