To all those with problems on SMARTBRO just continue complaining to *1888. Generally ok naman connection pero pag dumami na subscriber sa area nyo tsaka lang nagkakaroon ng disconnections. Mabagal kasi sila magdagdag ng bandwidth sa areas na mabilis dumami subscribers, kaya bombahin nyo na lang ng complain. oks lang yon.
I suggest and very effective, complain thru email using the SmartBro email account @

1. You have a copy of your original complaint/s and their replies with recommended solution and alibi's.
2. They will provide you the Service Request ID, i think by phone is not provided unless you asked for it.
3. A customer service or the supervisor of the one who responded first to your email will call you after a day or two to verify if the compliant/s made is/are already resolved.
