I tried to figured this things out...and this is my observations:

The advanced commands only made your connection speed lookt 115, but you're still on the same rate that ranges from 3.6 to 5.6 or 7kbps.

This doesn't actually work since it only REPLACES the numbers show by multiplying it by 2.04 it doenst really do anything but that. Your ISP is the one that controls your NET CONNECTION SPEED, if they only set you to get and gain max of 44-50 kb's then you are stuck there no MATTER WHAT! even with this tweak, it will say 115.2 but it is actually connected at your usual rate.

Try to use a internet speedchecker and you will see the exact speed of your connection...still the same and no changes...

yes, nakita ko ren un, eventhough it shows na 115kbps ang connection mo, laparen pinagbabago ang upload or download speed....

I am a dial-up user since in the beginning... Sa nakikita ko useful ang settings na to sa mga dial-up users na katulad ko hindi lang pampabilis ito kundi isa itong settings kung saan ma maiiwasan mo ang laging pag di-disconnect ng internet connection.....

Reccommended ko talaga ito sa mga dial-up users even though it seems be a trick.... heheheh !

pareee ang ganda talaga ng ginawa mo. effective nga sa computer ko. bumilis ang speed ng internet ko. hindi nyo ako masyado makikita sa site na ito kac busy talaga ako sa work. pare salamat talaga sa information mo. ang galing.. thumbs up ka talaga sa akin pare..

oo nga tol it works talaga sakin 460.8kbps pero ng na test ko sa internetfrog.com lumabas
down load speed 45.9 kbpsupload speed 24.2kbps pero it works at depende sa ISP provider nyo gamit ko kasi surfster digitel phone salamat sa tricks na ito
