Magandang araw sa inyo!! ::laffman

Guys, I really need help. Sobrang hirap po kasi ako magdagdag ng timbang. I'm not skinny. I have an athletic physique, lean but not skinny. Pero gusto ko po kasi mag bulk-up kahit konti lang but I'm really having a hard time doing it.   :(

Nag wowork-out ako. I'm hitting the weights, doing pull-ups, and all other stuffs that target specific muscles of my upper body. I also do routines where several muscle-groups are involved pero wala pa rin talaga. When I work out, sobrang dami ko ring kumain. Natuturn off mga kadate kong chikababes dahil pati sila kinakain ko rin. ::laffman

Bale I work out 4 days a week. I don't run kasi minsang ginawa ko yun, nabawasan ang timbang ko kaya strictly lifting lang po ginagawa ko. I eat a lot of proteins, fats, balot, fresh milk, soy, carbs... :( pero mahirap pa rin talaga...

I'm 24, 5'9 po ako and my current weight is around 153lbs.

Any advice guys? Thanks in advance.

Drink milk bago matulog (in addition to your regular diet). Magpacheckup ka rin. It could be medical.

Eat more Carbs than usual pre...... Mas madali nga mag pataba kaysa magpapayat hhehehehehhe :D

Kain ng lang kain pre...... :D

Pero agree din ako sa iba pa checkup ka muna baka pang ganyan lang talaga katawan mo......

Eat more dude, and if mabilis metabolism mo, need to eat before and after workout, and don't forget to take your vitamins and eat more white meat, and beef, kahit konting pork puwede din...

First Anu bang reason kung bakit mo gustong mong mag dagdag ng timbang?

it seems to me based on the stats ng physique mo tama naman yung weight para sa height mo.

wala naman akong makitang problem sa iyo, unless gusto mong maging body builder.

i was once like you having a hard time gaining weight before

ganito kasi iyan ang build ng katawan ng tao hinde mag kakamukha talaga.


- may individuals na malaki ang mga bone structure ng katawan kaya its natural for them na mas mabigat sila or bulkier regardless of height to weight ratio.   

- May mga tao na mabilis ang metabolism, mabilis mag burn ng calorie, lalo na sa age mo.

- kung madami kang physical activities or you engage in endurance sports  its natural na mas maging mabilis than normal mag consume ng calorie ang katawan mo to compensate sa energy and power na need ng body mo.


and if you're "SERIOUS INTO CERTAIN SPORTS DISCIPLINE" may ma dedevelop na certain physical qualities ang katawan mo

 For Instance...

Most of Pro and serious marathoners karamihan sa kanila lean if not payat talaga kasi their body consumes a lot of calorie faster than they can store. but they have such muscle leg endurance plus very good cardio.

opposite naman sya ng mga Sprinter, most of them are  heavy and bulkier they can generate power in an instant but get tired easily.


again its not really a problem for me  bata ka pa naman  just be happy to you're body natural lang iyan na mabilis yung katawan mo na mag consume ng calorie..


as you grow older babagal ang methabolism ng katawan mo at bibilis ka  naman mag gain ng weight!

 in short enjoy mo lang what you have when you get old you will miss it.

CALORIES ang kelangan mo! and lift HEAVY! 1 month palang makikita mong nag bubulk talaga! CHOCOLATE! Bumili ka nun at yun ang kainin nang kainin mo

> Eat 6-7x/day

> Sleep 6-8 hrs/day

> on lifting weights wag mo bilisan kahit 8-12 repz/set...

Ikain mo lang yan. Dabest kumain ka sa gabi bago matulog.
