japan nor any other country has no interest in dingles claim. cause they themselves has developed their own alternative powered car.

all dingle did was he made an HHO generator. or in laymans term he retrofitted a car with a device that splits H2O into HHO. hydrogen the very same fuel the sun uses is highly combustible. so it aids the gasoline engine. kinda same as using "gold" premium or high octane gas. thats all.
tons of energy/electricity and rows and rows of SS plates or coils are needed to split h20 that can 100% power a car. kung baga you need a bus size generator ontop of a kia pride just to run it.
you know what product the petrol company manipulates? engine oil, our car doesnt need a yearly oil change. just the oil filter. bastat walang impurities yung engine oil dagdag lang ng dagdag.
