Deuterium
« on: January 29, 2013, 08:45:49 pm »
The Philippines could have been a rich country by now if this project was done a long time ago. The Philippines could help the world prevent global warming buy not using Shell, Petron, and Caltex and their products and Deuterium.

If you have time please read the article about deuterium. There are many articles on the web about deuterium and the biggest deposit would be in the Philippine area and which china, vietnam are trying to claim.

Link are below.

I smell snake-oil. Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen, rarely occurs in nature. It is most often created in a cyclotron for use in nuclear fusion reactors, not as automotive or alternative to LPG. Hydrogen is too volatile and flammable to be used as fuel, as evidenced by the Hindenburg accident.

The technology Before is just not enough to control or eliminate accident like that. We have gone far and beyond and I think we can make use of these resources..........  not Now maybe in the future.

this is true.deuterium is found in our area of responsibility located in phil deep at surigao area.dito nakadeposit ang lahat ng latak ng mundo.hinaharang ng big 3 ito at ng lahat ng oil producing coutries simply because maghihirap sila lalo na ang mga middle east countries.napakapowerful nito d lang ako sure sa ratio ng power nito sa gas.but in God's time this could be the reason why our country is the richest country in this world.

Weird.

IF they found deuterium, why up to now ay walang foreign company na magka interes dyan.

Finally. My google-fu found no reliable, refutable source about the presence of deuterium here in our country.

The Philippines is identified to hold the greatest amount of deuterium deposit, somewhere in the area known as Mindanao Trench, the part of the Pacific Ocean just off the shores of Surigao. Deuterium is most prevalent in an area more widely known in the whole world as The Philipppine Deep. In the Freeman news article (dated August 2004), Dr. Anthony B. Halog, the Filipino scientist working at the Sustainable Technology Office of the Institute for Chemical Process and Environmental Technology, and the National Research Council of Canada described the Philippine deuterium wealth in this manner:

“A big deposit of 868 miles long, 52 miles at widest point, and 3 miles at deepest point, replenished by nature 24 hours a day after deuterium travels more than 12,000 kilometers from Central America to the Philippines through the span of the Pacific Ocean when Planet Earth turns on its axis from West to East in unending perpetual motion.”

Deposit of deuterium - nonsense! Deuterium itself will exist in the form of the gas D2, twice as dense as H2, but very much less dense than air, let alone sea water.

It may well be that the water in the Mindanao trench is slightly richer in deuterium than ordinary seawater, but this is not going to make the difference to anything. D2O, separated from ordinary water by a number of techniques, is not terribly expensive, but the practical problem of fusing deuterium in a reactor to make helium is nowhere near a solution, and may in fact never be solved.

You don't need to believe everything you read online, and if someone claims the support of the National Research Council of Canada or any other reputable body for a fantastic claim of this kind, you should try to track down the original reference and make sure if it is genuine.

Mukhang bang naniniwala ako sa claim na yan?Kaya ako naghahanap ng iba pang source dahil blog lang ang lahat ang
nagsasabing may deuterium sa pinas.San ba dapat ang basehan ko?blog or a science community?

Ang info na posted mo ay galing din sa blog diba?hindi dahil binanggit na involve ang isang fil scientist ,CPET and NRCC
ay kapanipaniwala na.Halog is a fellow and a visiting researcher for NRCC.Hindi siya kinumisyon  ng NRCC na magsaliksik
kung mayroon ngang deut sa pinas.Ganun din ang CPET ,blangko at dead end na.May iba pa bang balita from Halog regarding deuterium sa pinas ?WALA na.Nag conduct ba siya ,sila ng exploration?OO daw, which oil company, when, where?
ZERO.

Halog only claims the presence of deuterium dito sa pinas, yun lang.

so bakit hanggang ngayon di nila mapakita yung WMD

ang daming dictator at monarchiya

yung NOKOR nga e di nila nilulusob bakit wala naman silang nanakawin e malnoursihed nga yung ibang citizen nila may WMD ito

India may WMD din - bakit di nila niluluson

pakistan may WMD

Iran - may WMD

Iraq - second largest producer of Oil
Libya - fourth largest producer of Oil
NOKOR - walang value

bro prove it that this countries have WMD(pwedeng meron pero wala pa naman cla vinaolate na batas ns UN)...prove it that they did not violate the UN resolution to wage a war against a sovereign country and that the UN security council did not intervene them.ang pinag uusapan natin ang resolution bro.if you violate it saka ka gyegyerahin ng mga ito(security council)dahil cla nga ang sarhento de armas ng UN.pag gyenira tyo ng china dahil sa gusto nilang madaliin ang pag sakop ng in dispute territory ng hindi hinihintay ang desisyon UN court dyan sya malilintikan sa ibang member ng security council kahit isa pa sya nito.to make it short simply dont violate international law and found you GUILTY!
