3 years call center experience napo. getting burned out already na kasi, trying to look out for other opportunities na rin sana.

dapat slang ka dito. paartehan magsalita. kala mo madali pero passing percentage sa mga nagaapply mababa.


sabagay the more applicants, the better chance na may makuha among the group of applicants, ganda din kita sa referral, 3k to 5k per head.

mababa na to pre, medyo barat na nga ang refrerral kasi 10k ang standard sa mostly na call center

may aussie account dyan sa 24/7 di ba? so meron day shift since di nalalayo sa oras ng Pilipinas. kaya lang madugo, phone cable/satellite tv at data, tama ba?

same din lang sa jp. 20-30k.

depende naman sa account. pinsan ko 30-40k sa HSBC.

yung kapatid ko naman 10k ang take home pay every 2 weeks sa citibank, less tax na. 1st BPO na pinasukan pa iyon.

pag wala pa pong experience sa callcenter anu po ang pagagawa? gusto ko po sana mag apply kaso wala ako idea T_T

same lang like other applicants, basic computer exam/initial interview/final interview/versant, just be calm relax  ;)

sa tp 15k referral bonus, makukuha yung 7500 after mag 4th month yung referral nyo, then by 6th month yung other 7500..

i've worked with TP EDSA for more than a year. okay to sa mga newbies. noong 2010 minimum dito is 14k basic + 3k attendance bonus. sorry sa OT.

Try helpdesk or service desk para mas malaki ang offer. Nakakaburn out na talaga ang TSR posts kasi puro consumers ang kausap mo.
