2) the phone part will have Android 3.xx codenamed ICECREAM SANDWHICH dubbed as the Unifying android OS that will be for all levels of android devices from the lowend smartphones to the Tablets
3) the fone DOCKs/ATTACHEs/CONNECTs/HOUSEd inside the PAD via microUSB and HDMI
or in pinoy laymans term VOLTS IN
4) the Pad when connected uses the Phone's CPU, GPU, RAM to become a fully functional Ice Cream Sandwhich Tablet
gets mo na sir? pag wala yung phone sa tablet USELESS yung tablet, so it will be priced as an accessory NOT AS A FULL TABLET
