i feel for you chief.
me time na nagyayari din saken yan.
ginagawa ko turn-off pc-long press for 5 secs,off monitor then turn-on the pc next is the monitor.
duno if hardware related sya or software pero once ng boot-up sya i defragment my os drive so far hindi na din naman sya nauulit.

hardware related yan. baka PSU. hindi pwedeng software yan kasi nga hindi pa nagboot

mukhang malabo psu chief if incase same kame scenario;
madalas magyari to once hindi properly nashutdown ang pc or nashutdown man pero forcelly me mga programs pa na running.
if same kme, nakailaw naman lahat chief,nagana coolers ko,fans.....im using a corsair psu matibay ang corsairs
wala lg talaga naitatransmit na imaga sa monitor.pwede pa graphics card pero less chance duda ko more on software to.

once naboot-up ko sya i defragmented my OS drive so far mukhang di na sya bumalik
