blocked by the govt, ordered issued to isp providers i think. their reason? early pregnancy, sexual abuses, rape, etc.

ok naman sakin so its unlikely that its a ISP block (I just tested on both globe and PLDT)

could be a local block (i.e. parental block, DNS block, router block, etc)

Are you guys saying that xvideos.com isn't working properly?
I don't know about that but I checked it out and it's working properly on my net connection.
No buffering, no annoying ads, no idiot messages, nothing whatsoever.

as already mentioned, ang daming pwedeng rason kung bakit nagkaganon. it could be a simple thing like say expired cookies (just delete cookies for the site and it should download a new one on next visit to the site), IP ban (although unlikely for a porn site to do so), or you need to login to the site to be authorized to view the content (free lang naman gumawa account sa xvideos last I checked). it could also be something done on your local network, say parental/router controls, use of security software (modified hosts file, AV/firewall blocked access to site kasi may nakitang virus, etc etc)

just checked again today, ok naman ang loading ng xvideos site sakin and I can play videos there without any problems

I already fixed it bro it so happens lang pala na kailangan palitan yung flag sa options niya kung philippines ang location di siya mag-play but if nilipat ng ibang country okay siya

You just need a little tweaking on the website's options.
