Hi, I've been experiencing this kind of headache since Saturday. The feeling is, when i get up/ stand up from lying or sitting, then the headache occurs. It's just like the blood are going through my head and there's a sudden beating just. What's this? Please help me to define this and how am I going to cure this. Thank you.

Migraine yan, I have it along with Vertigo, get yourself checked up baka kasi its more than just a migraine, treatment usually strong pain reliever like ibuprofen

Pwedeng hypertension (high blood) yan. Pa tsek up ka sa doktor kase traydor yung mga ganung sakit. Mas maganda rin kung may pang bp ka sa bahay para na mo monitor mo.

TS, it is most likely Orthostatic Hypotension. nangyayari yan kapag prolong sitting or lying then biglang tatayo ka or kikilos.
I suggest na gradually lang ang kilos mo kasi pag tumayo ka ng bigla eh sudden yung pagbagsak ng blood flow sa brain mo kaya sumasakit ulo mo kasi konti yung oxygen na dumadaloy.
Kung migraine kasi yan may mga factors na nagpapatrigger kung bakit sumasakit ulo mo, most likely sa pagkain kasi ganyan ako dati. and malalaman mo kung migraine yan before sumakt ulo mo eh may "aura" effect ka muna na makikita, maamoy or maririnig.
akin kasi pag magkaka migaine ako meron akong nakikitang "halo effect" or blurring of vision, bale yung eyesight ko may white halo o pabilog na white tunnel then boom sasakit na ulo ko maya maya. pero iba ba yung mga "aura" depende na sa tao yan based sa napag aralan ko dati. Hope na nakatulong ako.
