Help regarding aws account

Ginamit ko kasi debit card pero until now di ko pa rin magamit ec2. Dito ako dinadala pag click ko ng ec2

nag debit na ba sa card mo? if yes, then contact amazon support. if wala pa, then the problem might be with your card (or bank, or account)
