they were handcuffed but I dont see them being handcuffed to the boat. siguro naman kung nakita sa video yun na nakahandcuff sa boat tapos nilubog yung barko, marami na naman magrereklamo (human rights)

I wish all government in all countries are as firm as Russia's when it comes to bad people.
I don't sympathize with pirates, kidnappers, rapists, killers, etc... I hope everytime someone catches one of these M*ther F*ckers. I hope they just kill all of them. no second chances. I think that it is the only way to make this idiot's understand.

- Agree.. Dapat hindi pinapairal ang awa ng simbahan sa mga salot sa lipunan. Kapag pumatay, patayin din! Kapag nagnakaw, putulin ang kamay. Kapag nang-rape putulin ang ari tapos bitayin. Para naman nababawasan ang populasyon ng mundo at hindi na gumagastos ang pamahalaan sa mga nasa kulungan. Dagdag expenses pa yan ng bansa e.
Kulungan, yung mga guards na nagbabantay, yung pagkain ng mga preso... Salot na nga sa lipunan, pagkakagastusan pa.
