Hello.
I'm currently working with port forwarding on my Linksys router and having hard time to make it work.
I would like to connect remotely on my routers from outside using my ISP's public IP.
Kindly throw some advise if you know about this matter.
Scenario:
Modem (ISP) -> Router #1 -> Router #2
Router #1 has the port forwarding rules that will connect to Router #2.
But can't achieve to connect to router #2 though port forward is already set.

what is your ISP? your public IP might not be the IP you are seeing when you go to some sites like whatsmyip, etc. this is a setting of the ISP (i.e. globe)

same with PLDT mula ng mag-upgrade ng speed. yung mga nakakapagport forward dati, ngayon ayaw na.

base on your setup you have double NAT..... You should portforward both your routers..... portforward you first router into the 2nd router..... meaning portforward the 1st router IP with its port to the 2nd router.... so the 2nd will know where to forward the request being sent... Or better yet set one of the router as bridge mode..... for bridge mode configuration google it.... different bridge mode configurations in every router.... :D

Boss, totally surely ako sa Public IP ko. So no problem with that.

Yung 2nd router ko is my end device. Means, I want to access yung Web UI nya outside my home dahil yung 2nd router yung WiFi ko sa bahay. Yung 1st router, nasa kanya yung portforward rules.

Naka static IP ba yong may port forward or DHCP? pag dhcp kadalasan close lahat ports non its ISP restriction, kahit anong gawin mo di ka maka port forward, kadalasan ng mga ISP ngayon lalo na sa DHCP close na lahat ng ports..... Dati ginagamit ko dyndns for DHCP IPs pero tinanggal na nila ngayon yong port forwarding sa mga DHCP users. Yong static IP lang ang pwede maka port forward dre.... Static IP ba yong may port forward dre? Pa static IP mo sa ISP kung di pa para maka port forward ka, yon nga lang extra bayad pag static IP.... :D

I just wanna ask why you need to access GUI of second router from public?
Meron ka ba minomonitor?

^ yung first router ko boss static. Not DHCP from ISP. Actuallly binigyan nila ako ng 5 IPs to use.
Ito setup ko:
Router #1
LAN: 89.24.06.1
Port Forward rule: RT#2, 2701:2701, TCP/UDP, 89.24.06.101
Router #2
LAN: 89.24.06.101
Goal ko is maremote yung router #2 ko from outside.
Since na port forward ko na using 2701 port # to my second router, paano malalaman ng router#2 ng gusto ko iaccess yung web ui nya? Magopen din ba ko ng port forward rule sa router #2?

Port Forward rule: RT#2, 2701:2701, TCP/UDP, 89.24.06.101
Router #2
LAN: 89.24.06.101

Kung may inaaccess ka na pc nakakabit sa router #2 yong port number na e access mo dapat ilagay mo din sa firewall incoming at outgoing non at naka full access siya....

I understand na this setup you said is for PC as your end-device to port forward to.
Pero boss and goal ko is ma-access yung WebUI ng Router #2 ko. Pano ang setup sa ganitong case?
Pano ibabalik ng Router #2 yung WebUI nya pagka-initiate nung port forward 2701 from Router #1?

My suggestion:
1. Install teamviewer on a PC in your office
2. Access that PC from public using teamviewer also
3. Access your 2nd Router then.
No port forward needed. Its like nasa office ka lang na ina-access mo un 2nd Router mo

But from my own convenience, I prefer access directly using port forward.

this one is easy. port forward/nat one of your public IP's port/socket (ex. 8080) to your 2nd routers wan private IP address and the port of the web gui (ex. 192.168.0.54:80) and voila its working. You also need to configured your 2nd router to allow access to the web gui from your WAN port because some routers have that option disabled.

are the routers the same brand and model? can you remote access the first router? also san nakaconnect ang router 2? sa router 1 or direct sa modem? I assume its connected to router 1. in that case, opening the port that the second router uses should solve the problem (by accessing 89.24.06.101:2701). if it doesn't work, check the router settings and make sure remote management is enabled (if it supports that feature that is, some router do not)
