Cedula scam
« on: May 23, 2008, 06:27:11 am »

First time mo bang kumuha ng cedula? or first time mo bang pumunta sa ganung lugar?

It has been the practice among city hall or other government offices na me mga facilitators. Kahit na sa LTO or LTFRB me facilitators..yung mga individual or agencies. so dun sa city hall or sa sanggunian, mga pipitsugin lang yung mga facilitators dun. for them, its a profession...to some, its a money making venture...

its no big deal actually...if ur prejudiced of such act and would like to complain to the proper authorities, think of the hassles u will incur (fare expenses, time, etc)...for sure, its worth more than P4.50

Im only stating the practical aspect of it.

In one factual scenario that happened in our office, a client asked for our help to file a collection case against a debtor.

When asked how much  his debtor owed him, he said that its P8,000.

I suggested that he has to take care of it personally and need not push through the filing of a case in court, A simple demand letter by a lawyer will suffice and scared his debtor to finally settle his debts. If he will insists in filing the said case, his cost would be:

1) Acceptance fees - P20,000.
2) Documentation Fees - P2000
3) Appearance Fees - P1500/appearance
4) Filing Fees - P2000
etc.

For some, they will incur so much expenses and their time is greatly prejudiced because of their so-called "Prinsipyo".. Sometimes, we have to think twice if the things we want to pursue is really that important.

That is why, a loss of  P4.50 for me is not worth the time that will be lost in pursuing the same.

It is reality mga kapatid

you can remove corruptions pero mag start tayo as sarili natin

The whole Philippines is a breeding ground of corruption mapa politiko, mga professionals, mga tambay, mga squatter evreybody is a corrupt person

i think as you file the case you can ask for the expenses and financial stress that has been inflicted by the accused....

lahat ng malaki nagsimula sa maliit....

It is actually a money-making venture as recognized. Bale mas mahal ang singil pero you are saved the hassle of commuting and going to line up.

Palagay ko it is fixed per city ordinance.
