Topic: laptop ayaw mag on/ black screen

Mga sir gandang gabi. Sana matulungon nyo sa laptop problem ko..huling gamit ko sa laptop ko thursday ng hapon..after ko umuwe sleep mode ko sya. Then ung oopen ko na ung laptop ko ng friday night until ngayon ayaw mag open sa screen pero meron naman light sa dvd rom atbpag kinabit ko ung mouse may ilaw din.may nabasa ako dito na thread regarding sa problem ko.. ginagawa ko na rin ung mga ibang payo sa thread na yon..like long press then inalis ko ule ung ram hdd pati vcard then nilinis ko na rin..same result:-( thanks in advance sa mga mag papayo . anong laptop? tinanggal mo ang video card pati hdd? binaklas mo ang likod ng laptop? thats not something you should be doing unless kabisado mo talaga

from the description it seems like a problem with the video card (I assume may discrete video card kasi sabi mo tinanggal mo). I also assume na you tried removing the battery for a few minutes before turning on the laptop again

Paps nagawa ko na rin ung alisin ung battery then long press the balik ang battery nothing happen...by th way msi cr410 gamit ko paps..

TS, sinubukan mo na bang kabitan ng external monitor? May hard disk acivity ba (hdd led flickers)? Sinubukan mo na bang ipower on without the battery (adapter only)?

laptop's common problem is Processor might got cooked up due to over heating , laptops are not built to stand by for a long period of time because they are small and compact dust can easily block the airflow which causes overheating

@Miggymigs yes paps sinubukan ko na sya...ayaw pa rin mag work.sinubukan komna din adapter only.ayaw din:-(

Just to be safe, kelan mo binili? Do you have the receipt? Baka meron pa sa warranty period. If ever na meron pa at covered pa eh hopefully okay pa yung mga stickers at markings nung binaklas mo.

most probably out of warranty na since 3 years na... if you have tried those procedures. i think it's high time to bring it to a service center already... some components might need to be replaced already... even in sleep mode kasi may power pa din sa loob ng unit so sana next time if you're not going to use it for a long time just turn off the power to be sure...

Palagay ko nga. Tinggin ko medyo mabigat na problema ng laptop mo TS (sana hindi naman). Pero dapat sa medyo experienced mo na ipa-tingin. Mahirap kasi i-diagnosed pag-wala sa harapan mo yung laptop lalo na sa kaso ng sa iyo.

Pero subukan mo i-clear ang cmos. Reasearch mo na lang kung paano sa laptop mo. Pero minsan pag tinanggal mo cmos battery minsan naki-clear. Baka accessible ito kahit hindi mo na baklasin yung laptop.

TS I wont suggest you to bring it on a service center why? 1 thing if you wanted it fixed then the service center will charge you on your bill like a brand new laptop

I suggest you to get a new one , get your old hard drive from your broken laptop buy an enclosure where you can plug in your old hard drive into a usb port

since your broken one suffer a overheat Processor , it is not 100% sure that it will last that long

some service centers order their parts from other places as well , so they will charge you on the shipping + their services

BUT! it is still up to you if you wanted to get it fixed

Thanks mga paps sa mga sagot no.  Sana hinde board tama ng laptop ko..kung makikita nyo paps ung msi cr410 meron 4 lights (num lock at capslock..and so on.) Once na open ko ung power meron mag blink na konteng ilaw lang pero hinde gaano kaliwanag wala din ilaw capslock at numlock..pero pag press ko wifi on/off nag iilaw naman. Kung makikita nya may blue na light sa left side ung saken saglit lang tapos hinde malaks ung ilaw..thank you
