27-37 halftime lamang greece.

Gilas just lost to Greece... but that wasn't a bad performance at all.  Everyone was expecting a massacre but the lead was just 8 until that last second 3-point shot which caused a commotion after the game.  I guess Greece wanted to pad the lead to escape the ignominy that befell Croatia for going the distance against a team comprised of an NBA free agent and 11 "midgets."

Close fight with Argentina, pero no defense, obvious Problem with the rotation of players sana sa next International tournament wag na si Chot Reyes ang coach. What is Paul lee and Gary david doing there? bakit need tangalin si Fonacier and Dilenger? and why on earth is he benching Fajardo?

No need for coaching change, all we need is to sustain the Gilas Program (and MVP will).  At the start of the program (2009) we tried Rajko Toroman and the best finish is 6th.  So far Gilas 2.0 which started only in 2012 has better results.
2012 Jones Cup - Champion
2012 FIBA Asia Cup - 4th
2013 FIBA Asia Championship - Silver
2014 FIBA Asia Cup - 3rd and hopefully sa

2014 FIBA World Cup - 12th place??? We just need to beat Puerto Rico and Senegal (Winner over the other if identical win/lose standing).
Just keep on supporting and stay positive.

matagal na akong hindi nanunood nang PBA..hindi ko na kilala players...anyway, after the Crotia game, and after watching the game vs Argentina, i guess GILAS has a chance, esp if the shooters get hot...sayang yung sa Crotia and dito sa Argentina...Senegal is winning, hopefully manalo tayo dun..and Puerto Rico sana manalo din...Gabe Norwood dunk vs Scola that was nice...and second dunk too...hopefully our shooter can get hot..and less error..and keep the rebounds.. toast::

like the ESPN anchorman/journalist said, Gilas is the team that plays with the biggest heart. Even with the loss to ARG, Norwood still made a buzz. His dunk over Scolanis the top jam/play of the day. His slam over Mata aint just a poster, it's a billboard while on Scola...it's a mural. Hehehe

1. Fajardo- C
2. Blatche- PF
3. Norwood - SG
4. Chan/De Ocampo -SG
5. Castro - PG

yan ang da best na line up ko
