Mga Sir, pa help naman po ako sa laptop ko nag-hahang po kasi at nawawala yung connection niya sa internet.
nag try po ako na disable yung mga startup programs at ibang nasa services sa msconfig, medyo tumatagal siya bago mag hang at mawala ang internet connection.
nag try na din po ako ng chkdsk at nung nag try po ako ng sfc /scannow ito po ang lumabas "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

sa tignin ko po ay may corrupted na file kaya nag ha-hang yung laptop ko. Pa help naman po ako kung pano maayos ito.

TS ni-run mo ba sfc as administrator? Minsan kailangang ulitin-ulitin mo sfc after a restart para fully maayos ng Windows yung mga corrupted files. Kung Windows 8 OS mo at hindi ma-fix ng sfc yung corrupted files, try mo sa elevated command prompt "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (no quotes), tapos subukan mo mag sfc uli.

Kung gusto mo malaman yung mga files na hindi maayos ng sfc automatically (para manual mong i-restore), sa elevated command prompt, i run mo - "findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" (no quotes). Sa desktop, open mo yung sfcdetails.txt. Makikita mo dito yung detaye ng mga files na hindi ma-automatically fix ng Windows.

Ito ay assuming system files corruption ang problema ng laptop mo.

Sir tanong ko lang po kung mag i-install po ulit ako ng OS pero di ko po ipo-format, yung magkakaroon po siya ng windows.old maiiwan po ba dun yung mga files ko sa C yung mga nasa Desktop and Documents? Bali parang mag kakaroon lang po ng bagong Windows at nasa windows.old lang lahat ng files ko? Tama po ba?

Repair install ba tinutukoy mo - yung mag-iinstall ka within Windows 7? Kung ito yung tinutukoy mo, kung hindi mo naman binago yung default location ng users account profile folder (C:\Users)  o binago yung default location ng user folder (C:\Users|(User-name), hindi mawawala yun. Pde mo namang i-copy kung meron kang mga importanteng files sa Windows.old bago mo i-delete ito.

Pero pinaka importante sa lahat mag BACKUP ka muna bago mo gawin yung plano mo.

Pwede mo namang i-BACKUP sa drve D: yung mga importanteng files mo panigurado lang (just in case something goes wrong) bago mo gawin yung repair install.

Sa Repair Install walang prompt na lalabas previous Windows installation.  Sundan mo ito.

1. Start Windows 7 and login sa account mo (must be an administrator)
2. Disable mo anti virus o mga 3rd party programs na maaring mag hamper sa in-place installation.
3. Run mo yung setup.exe ng  Windows installer -DVD or extracted ISO kung ano man ang gamit mo. Importanteng yung version mo ng Windows 7 installer at yung naka-install na W7 ay parehas ang version.
4. Click mo yung "Install Now", kung may UAC - Yes lang. Wag mo muna automatically activate Windows saka na pag OK na yung installation.
5. Importanteng "Upgrade" ang piliin mo sa type of installation.
6. Tuloy mo lang installation hanggang matapos.  Pagkatapos reactivate mo uli
