Requirements:>Completed at least 2nd year college with or without call center experience
>Amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
>Strong English oral and written communication skills
>Team player
Skills:>Ability to resolve customer concerns and problems at first contact by following a step by step call flow approach.
>Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
>Ability to learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to impact call handling and overall customer
satisfaction.
>Ability to follow structured call handling procedures, scripts, transfer protocols and call related processes that lead to
customer satisfaction and call resolution
>Ability to handle, empathize, pacify, and control irate customers.

no CC experience: 16k - 20k basic pay
> with CC experience: 22k - 27k basic pay (dependi on tenureship)
