i've been waiting forever for something like this. the closest anyone ever came to this was the samsung syncmaster monitor with usb ports if i'm not mistaken.
it's annoying having to stick at least 4 cables (HDMI, power, usb, speaker) into my laptop every time i get home. If they can have it in ultrathins by the end of next year, then I guess my next laptop would still be AMD based.
