its strange that APPLE is being sued for patent infringement on Speakers of all things, this came from out of no where

Audio titan THX has filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that Cook and Co. infringed a patent it has for technology regarding narrow profile speakers with enhanced sound output that can be built into electronics. According to the court filing, versions of the iPhone, iPad and iMac are culprits that rely on the tech in question. Apple Insider notes that the new, slender iMacs seem to use a design similar to one described by THX, which includes channeling audio down a slim duct. Though THX is out to stop the infringement or collect damages from Cupertino, both companies could settle their differences before the affair escalates into a full-on courtroom brawl.

this time it isnt the case, you do know who THX is right? they do not need Apple's money, what they do need is Apple to respect the patents it owns and not use their technology without permission, the Article even starter with the term "Audio Titan THX" hahaha

hahaha its not about APPLE products, its more on how APPLE conducts business especially after Steve Jobs passed on, and is APPLE the only one allowed to SUE other people?

di products ng apple ang me problema,kung sa quality lang sila ang me pinakaquality na product,ang nakainis lang sa kanila is pagnatatalo na sila ng mga kalaban nila imbes na iimprove nila product nila eh dinedemanda nlang nila kalaban nilasa mga malabo nilang patent na akala mo sakanila nag originate eh di naman sila ang nakaimbento nun.and isa pa depekgto ng apple

(naputol reply ko)and isa pa depekto ng apple this year is tamad sila mag inovate,other than yung increase ng screen size at lte wala na sila bago.technology nila for this year technology ng mga android fones 6 months before their current tech.their only introducing lte sa iphone 5 eh ang tagal na nun sa android.
