Right at the start, I knew that law would not hold water and would be struct as unconstitutional. Not only does it infringe on the constitutional protected right of free speech but it also bestows too much power especially to a government agency viz prior restraint. Ang hirap kasi ang situation na maraming tongressman ang walang alam at di nagiisip at na elect lang dahil sikat or may perang ginamit nagkampanya. Maski yun RH Bill, di naman papasa yun kundi nag lobby mismo at dinaan sa pera dun sa loob ng Tongreso ng araw ng botohan sina Senyor Kho Rheena.
