Mag-iingat na po tayo sa mga sinasabi natin sa social networking sites... baka hahantong ng ganito na away bata pinatulan pa sa korte.

MANILA, Philippines — The Court of Appeals (CA) has upheld a decision by a Marikina Regional Trial Court (RTC) to proceed with a libel case and the issuance of arrest warrants against a minor and five other persons for alleged defamatory posts on a social networking site.

sometimes kase over na over ang mga comment below the belt but it is not necessary mean korte kaagad OA na din yun

example
sinabihan lang na kamukha ni Mommy D yung mommy nya
halos below the belt ang bwelta nung gurl pinapa-ban pa ng BF dahil mahal nya yung gurl

sana magtatag sila disciplinary committee bago korte OA na OA
