if magpapublish ang facebook ng official statement, at least have it proofread para naman walang mali mali sa grammar at sentence construction. it doesn't make sense, although it's true that there are a lot of spam posts and bastos na mga picture, we're only seeing a very tiny part of facebook's totality.
majority of our friends are filipinos and kung ano yung nakikita nating postings from common-common friends, yan lang din yung nagcicirculate sa "public" natin. filipino people compose a tiny percentage in facebook's total number of users. while it remains true na maraming bastos na pinopost ang mga pilipino, it is less likely to be that vast that will force facebook to block an entire country. it doesn't make any sense at all.
