afaik walang pinoy company for that, and walang "local" as the name itself implies "GLOBAL positioning system", kahit san mo bilhin or iavail yung services nila, it will work here and anywhere kaya ok lang kahit san ka kumuha.

may binili kaming GPS devices from California, around 200 USD per piece, kasing laki lang ng matchbox, configurable via web (60USD subscription, 1yr free)

http://www.inav.ph/

they offer the OEM screen found on brand new vehicles like toyota, mitsubishi, isuzu, etc etc

KASO lang, hindi ata sila nagbebenta pag hindi dumaan sa casa

also, their GPS works offline so it may not be as up to date as compared to say waze, google maps, etc that rely on real time data and is updated regularly. sa inav mga around once every quarter sila mag update and usually mga minor updates lang like new street names, new establishments (POI)
