Anything. be it running, jogging, walking, aerobics, zumba, swimming, weight training.
As long as you are doing something, you will see results. The time you spend trying deciding what kind of work out you need to do is wasted time.
And keep in mind, you should be patient. Results will come but it will take a long time. Don't give yourself a dead line. Being in shape should be a part of your lifestyle. Not just something you do for a few months and then you stop.
Drink lots of water. The body needs water to convert sugar into energy.
