total of 1 month gross salary X Years of service converted to months then after that i thing 35% of tax will be deducted
e.g.
Php 10,000 (1 month fixed gross salary) X 10 months (if 10 years ka na sa company)= total of Php. 100,000 X .35 (35% of tax equivalent of Php 35,000)
Php. 100000 - 35,000
So final total : Php. 65,000
Yan po ang pagkakaalam ko, others can correct me if im wrong..
But on the other side.. TAX Sux in P.I. tapos hindi naman mapapapunta sayo.. kundi sa bulsa ng mga kurakot.. but its a different story but also a reality..
