try plugging it in a diffrent usb port. if the same parin try replacing the mouse with a known working one. kung ganon pa din check if your having problems with other usb devices. mostly likely kung bagong mouse na umaandar na ibang pc tpos sayo nag loloko pa din. un usb port mo na may problema.
