H> buying PC Monitor

guys, help naman po..nasira kc monitor ko, balak ko bumili ng bagong flat screen monitor para sa pc ko.. budget ko 3-4k..

anong brand kaya maganda?
ano dapat iconsider sa pagpili ng model?..kasi parang tv din diba, may LCD, LED tapos may mga resolution at brightness pa..sana matulungan nyo ako..

for computer monitors, dalawa lang tinitingnan ko (im not that concerned with whethers its LCD, LED, IPS panel, TFT panel, contrast ratio etc etc)

1. resolution supported (I dont go for anything below 1920x1080 since sanay na ako sa ganitong resolution)
2. response time (I dont go for anything higher than 5ms)
