: Irritating sound whenever i turned on the laptop

Problem with my microsoft surface 3 audio. Whenever I opened it, theres this "sssshhhhh" sound that is not pleasing to the ears. It stops when I put earphones on the jack but comes with an echo when I speak. If I disconnect the earphones, the irritating "sssshhh" sound persist again.

dun lang sa isang app ganun? pag ibang app gamit say like playing youtube or video player, wala naman?

if yes, the setttings sa app ang problem. if no, meaning kahit ibang app andun parin yun sound, then sira na ang speakers ng laptop. kaya nawawala pag kabit ng earphone kasi speakers switches to the earphones instead of the default

kaso nga, pag dun lang sa isang app ang problem, settings dun ang problema (it could be na hindi madetect ng maayos ang speakers ng system - or baka need ng updated drivers)
