Anong Effective na Pampaliit ng Tiyan?

bukod sa exercise/gym ano pa ibang para mapaliit ang tiyan?pansin ko kasi madami na ako shirts at pants na sumisikip na sa akin at pansin ko  lumaki na talaga tiyan ko waaaaahhhhhhh.madalang naman ako uminom ng beer ...anong fruits or drinks ang maganda inumin pampaliit ng tiyan?pwede ba ako mag fit n right?hakhakhak......help me naman mga kaespiya ko..... toast::

Lipo 6 black ultra concentrate. May boost ng energy din yan so talagang sisipagin kang gumalaw galaw. Sit-ups din kahit 5 minutes lang everyday.

Balance diet tapos kain ikaw sir ng food na high in fiber.. da best pa rin boss kung may workout program ikaw at samahan mu na rin ng jogging..

yun din ginagawa ko ngayon e.

saka yung breakfast. maganda ung kumakain ka ng almusal para pagdating ng tanghalian, hindi ka gutom na gutom.

also, kung kakain ka ng meal, mas maganda yung hindi ka nanunuod ng TV kasi hindi mo namamalayan yung dami ng iyong kinakain kapag ikaw ay nadidistract ng TV.

walang exercise....high fat...adequate protein...almost no carbohydrates....ketogenic diet...very very effective diet to lose weight and take away visceral fat...you can see the effects right away in one week....consult your doctor if with existing medical condition....

someone given tip on having a tea drink every after meal...careful lang kasi it can cause stain on your teeth...ginawa ko kasi yan nung nasa qatar ako 1 year ako tea twice a day...nag cause ng stain sa ngipin...nung nag bakasyon ako nag palinis ako ng ngipin it cause me 1,500 peso...
well sa protein naman make sure maximum of 1lb of your weight is to 1-2 gram of protein...pag sumobra ka dun it will turn to fat din...it falls sa too much of something is bad enough  ;)
diet lang is not enough kailangan nang effort physical activity...like effort sa pag lalakad ng malayo...taking stairs instead of escalator/elevator...
and most importantly control on what you're eating sabi nga sa the biggest loser pinoy edition...eating 1 donut gives you 200-250 calories, burning that will requires you 1hr. treadmill....
final word: if you don't have the money to be a member on a reputable gym...just buy a jumping rope...15mins. of using that everyday is enough  :D

ako malaki tyan ko.... Pero Wala Talagang Tataln talo sa Exercise, Kahit na ito ay wala dapat sa pagpipilian...

ganon talaga kahit pa sabihin na bukod pa yung exercise, yon at yon parin ang effective para mapaliit ang mga tyan ng mga tao... wala ng iba pa...
