SFL file Convert to avi or mpeg ?????

Guys i use a software called Screen Cam it is used to record what is happening to your screen i uses free version so the file will be automatically save as sfl file but u can convert it to avi and mpeg but u need to buy the software to do that. i used this software to record the web cam that im viewing in chat it has a better quality than the other freeware na cam recorder malinaw na talaga pero yun nga lang dun mo lang den sha mapapanood, may alam ba kayo pano ko macoconvert sa avi or mpeg file to thnx po in advance
