Iran-Saudi Proxy War

(1/1)

eisenkorper:
I stumbled a video of a certain Facebook Page that explains the war in Middle East. Then I did a research afterwards.

It just turned out that these series of conflict is a result of a proxy war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This conflict actually rooted from a deep political and religious disagreement on who dominates the Middle East.

These wars, however, created a power vacuum and terraformed once peaceful and wealthy countries into a failed state.

Here's a link of (I think) an article that may consolidate every detail about this proxy war: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iran–Saudi_Arabia_proxy_conflict Sorry but it's only Wikipedia who has the comprehensive explanation about everything.

Why am I posting this? Because this so-called 'proxy war' extended until the very doorsteps of our country. Intelligence indicates that these two countries might extend the war here in the Philippines and might send some troops and support.

Let us pray that this conflict will end, Inshallah!

Help me study this also :)
